It's in RiverMark (Santa Clara right by Sun campus on Montague Expressway), and I'll be meeting with the developers this Friday for final approval and loan application.
I am very excited, but now....all Z toys need to put on hold.....
Oh well......at least you guys can hang out at my place in May and do some car cleaning there.....

j/k. I felt the same when we bought our 1st house. It was amazing how affordable it was once we moved in. We did have to do some cutting back but all in all not nearly as painful as we expected.CONGRATS!!

Congrats Moodie! My house is scheduled to be finished late April. It's more of an expensive storage since I won't be staying in it, but it's minutes aways from Buttonwillow raceway. Hey, real estate is a wonderful investment. Next up: 3 acres on Maui.

First purchase for the house.....a HD plasma or LCD....
Does anyone know the difference? I am leaning towards the LCD because I heard Plamsa may have the burnin problems...
Any Pros / Cons to both?
