I'm going to be in the Santa Rosa area this weekend and was wondering if there are any shows or meets going on. I'll then be heading down to Salinas and then SLO later in the week. Just lookin to see if maybe I can put a face or two to the names on the forum.

 

Hey, if you are willing to head towards the SLO area early, then there is a pretty nice sized Z meet at Hearst Castle in San Simeon on Saturday. A lot of NorCal guys and some SoCal guys (and a few native Central Cal Z's) are going to be there... another one of the big gatherings of the year.

If some of the Sonoma County Z guys see this thread, perhaps they'll be willing to meet up with you (as their Z meet for this Saturday has been rescheduled due to lack of participants).

You're coming on an off weekend... it is supposed to rain here and there, a change from the nice weather that we've been having lately...

 

Damn that sucks. I can't go Saturday, plane doesn't arrive in San Jose until Saturday around noon. Would've been able to go Sunday. I'll be leaving Santa Rosa Monday heading to Salinas then SLO Tues or Wed. Oh well, maybe next time.

I live in Santa Rosa and am not going on the Hearst meet because I have something I have to do here locally in the morning. what time are you getting up to the Santa Rosa area?

 

Since nothing's going on I decided to stay with family in Salinas Saturday and drive up to Santa Rosa Sunday.
