Talking Update for ClubZ.org Caravan

Ok guys I will most a more official schedule for you guys probably early this week, as we just had a meeting scheduling the caravan down..

Here are some things you guys need to think about doing or registereing for so pull out your wallets

1)Register for Zcon at the www.GroupZ.com website

2)If you plan on joining us for the Caravan its required you are a www.clubz.org membership. This covers membership for a year and clubz sanctioned events are insured for 1million each time.

3)Consider buying a Tekk Radio. Glenn from ClubZ is looking at some sites out there to see if we can get a deal but I think they cost up to 100, we are going to see if we can get a group buy. We have used tech radios for the past 4-5 years and they are much better then the motorolas and very clear and useful on trips..Especially if you plan on doing more Z events its well worth it.

4)We are getting a group rate at the marriot I think its 50-60 bucks a night for a double bed. Or you have a option at staying at the Hilton they are hosting the event for 120 a night

Other then that heres the rough schedule please let me know if you have any questions or if i've left anything out..

The event is tuesday-saterday but we plan on going thursday- sunday. There is a track event on thursday morning so if you want to go there might be a seperate caravan on that and i'll keep you up to date..

Thursday
-Leave from Bay area 6-7am
-Stop by a restaurant near button willow for lunch
-check into the hotel and wash cars
-twinturbo.net has a banquet meet and they are going to have dinner on the Queen Mary (45$)

Friday
-Eat Breakfast at the marriot
-Checking out some museum..
-Eat Lunch
-Head over to Dromo1 "hangover go karting" *Optional*
-Go to Autobac's's
-Eat lunch (Red Robins) right next to Autobacs
-head back to the hotel going up the Pacific Coast Highway to avoid traffic
-Rest of the day is up in the air might meet with SCC writer Mike Kojima

Saterday
-6:30AM ZCON at Nissan headquarters (5 min from our hotel
-7-4pm Zcon Show
-Head back to the hotel relax for a bit
-ZCON has a closing banquet, so we are thinking of getting a bus if we have enough people (so we can drink YAAAH)

Sunday
-Sleep in and head back to NOR CAL!

Keep in mind all these event are option if you don't want to go see Autobacs you don't have too! We are just scheduling these events as a majority people will go to these events. We call this Ultimate Z Weekand trip no sleep weekand because usually we are having so much fun we don't get a chance to sleep.

You can ask the guys that went to the last one, Whatever and Failsafe, John 350Z

Will update you with more news!! Get ready its going to be fun!! Last year Mr.K is coming so be there!!
