17th Annual National Z Convention June 14-19th
Not sure if any one was checking Yuichi's "Upcoming SoCal Events" thread so I wanted to give this event a thread of it's own. I know a few are already planning on going and want to see who else is in. This will be a huge gathering with all years of Z's. This event is on the west coast this year so we should all take advantage and make the trip. Yuichi and I will be posting details as they come along. If you plan to make the trip let us know.
There will probably be a few caravans going on different days. My personal plan is to drive down either Wed night or early Thurs. to attend the track event at Willow Springs (yes, the big track). Auto X will also be held at the smaller Streets of Willow. Both events will be at extremely reduced prices ($100 for the big track, $35 Streets).
If you're not interested in the track days you should at least plan to attend the massive show at NNA headquarters. Married guys and guys with girlfriends. Bring the significant others along and have a mini vacation in LA.

Wednesday- A couple of drives.
Thursday- Track Day at Willow Springs, Autocross at Streets of Willow.
Friday- Car cleaning day, Catalina tour.
Saturday- Car show and closing reception (Mr. K and Nissan officials will attend)

Registration (includes registration package, T-shirt, 1 car in show, opening reception/closing banquet) is $65 through May 1st. $85 after that.

If it's (the shirt) for this Z National Convention, I think you just have to pay the fee in order to receive a shirt amongst a myriad of other things

Yuichi, any words on the group discount? since we only have until tomorrow for the $65 rate?

Henry- I think yuichi was referring to the hotel when he mentioned group rates. Registration is $65 through May 1st. $85 after that. To the best of my knowledge there are no "group rates" for registration.

damn... forgot to sign up, I guess I'm paying full price now...
