Sorry bro, i cannot share my story right now because i might need to take it to the court. all i can tell you is that they have aweful CS and they DO NOT know how to repair cars. i know they have a fancy building and got a lot of MBZ/BMW in their lot, but dont get fooled by their outside appearance.
if any of you ever need a body shop, go to Autobody of Fremont (The one behind Superior Nissan of Fremont. Dont get confused with Fremont Autobody because that's another infamous bodyshop in Fremont!)

 

Those guys are awesome.. I've had my metallic silver M3 in there twice (not my fault!) for bodywork/paint and they really are good. Metallic silver is the most difficult color to match because of the flop in the metal flakes. They matched the color perfectly; I cannot tell the difference. They also use Glassurit paint by BASF which is very good stuff. Looks brand-new!

 

EMC is not that great of a shop.. They repaired my previous car after a wreck, and i had to go back for things that weren't done right - rear bumper had a gap. They blamed it on the aftermarket lip weighing it down BS!!! I then got rear ended again and had Mongkol's Auto Body in Milpitas repair. They did a great job, and even filled in the gaps on my lip kit!! Highly recommended.

 

it's a long list there...but any body shops that does custom work such as FADING paint?

Hi guys, i'm a relative amatuer at this and I need some advice...I was thinkin of getting some lowering springs and other parts online and taking them to a person who knows 350Zs well to get them installed...Do you guys have any suggestions as to who I can take my car to and not get ripped off for the labor charges? I'm in sunnyvale. Thank you.
