the 831 santa cruz area has a shop and dyno but doesnt tune. If anyone in the santa cruz area wants more info let me know. i am getting mods installed and will post the results and the shops name after i get my car back and test drive it. If all goes well ill post the shops name by Friday. The Santa Cruz area could really use a good shop!!!

 

there needs to be a list of shops with dyno's in the area too (good shops, that is)

PS: does z car garage have a dyno?

 

A lot of the tint shops are a bit further then I care to drive just to get tint done. Does anyone have any recommendations for the Santa Rosa area?

If not, which tint shop do you guys recommend the most?

My first time posting here, but I just tried to call Mr. Tint in SJ and the number was disconnected. I also tried Auto Glass Works and they only do window repair and not window tint. Is there another place in SJ/South Bay that is recommended for this? Are any these guys mobile or do I have to go to their shop?

There is a place in Santa Clara on El Camino called "Quality" I have taken all my cars there to get tinted and the z will be there too... I think I pad like $300 for 5 windows... its 3M and the work is backed up for life (of the car) by 3M. I'll post the # I have to look it up...

I just got my wheels aligned and cambers adjusted at Motorsport Techniques in Hayward. I told Kin, the manager, that i got his shop info from my350z.com forum and he gave me a discount! He's a cool guy and they did the job pretty quick....maybe too quick because as i was driving home the plastic panel from my rear passenger side wheel came flying off. When i got home i notice the that 2 screws were loose so the tech didnt completely screw it in.

But other than losing a panel on the freeway i was satisfied with the job.
