Petaluma?
One of the best pizza places, IMHO, is right in downtown Petaluma - Old Chicago Pizza!
Petaluma itself doesn't have a lot going for it... other than the fact that its about half an hour away from Marin / SF, and its close to Santa Rosa (where most of the action is in Sonoma County) There is a decent outlet mall in Petaluma, and a couple "cute" shops... its kinda rustic tourist-y ...

Hmm... you've got the Petaluma Outlets, but not a whole heckuva lot up there IMO. Lots of places to eat in Rohnert Park, which is only a couple of cities away. And look for the young-uns that drive around in cowboy hats. Yes, there really are kids who are very much like cowboys up that way

Okay, so there's a potential opportunity in Petaluma. Very, very tentative right now. But what would there be to do in the Petaluma area?

I also know a whole bunch of belly dancers up here.
There is the whole cultural thing going on Sat nights at the Petaluma Speedway
There is not a lot going on in Petaluma proper, but Sonoma County in general has a lot going for it. It is not SF, but it is close to everything.
