**Way Nor Cal** Freeman Nissan
I took my car in for service due to my wacky wipers that wouldn't shut off. Got my car back minus CD case full of CD's.
So, be careful if you get service there. Someone has hot little hands!
**Yes, I'm not the brightest crayon in the box for leaving my CD case in my car but it's pretty sad when people are stealing things from customers**

I think this year should be renamed, "Jack Anna for anything you can get 2004"..
Yeah, I was pretty upset about it.. but luckly it was one of my smaller cases. I have 4 other large cases that I usually carry but they were at work *phew*
I think I'm gonna go down there and ask about it but I'm sure they will tell me there is nothing they can do. No biggie I suppose, it's all replacable, just wanted my local guys to beware!

Man Anna... that sucks!
Though, with the idiots at Freeman Nissan, it doesn't supprise me. Most of them , I wouldn't even trust to wash my windows, let alone diagnose my car.
I had a problem with them about 6 months ago, when they couldn't fix a problem with my Ignition switch for 6 days...
I had it towed to Northbay Nissan in Petaluma, and they figured out the problem in 3 hours.

Sorry to hear that Anna- I would still go talk to the manager. Tell him you're not expecting anything but that you think he should know one of his employees is a thief. And report them to the BBB like MGV suggested (Good to have you back buddy

Thanks for the advice everyone, I'm going down there tomorrow. They're dead! haha.. jk.
Bill, Dan.. you know what's funny is when the punk drove my car up to give it back he said, "Thanks for the pleasure of letting us keep your car" which I thought was kinda nice yet strange. I checked my miles and gas and there were 28 miles put on my damn car.. I KNOW they weren't driving it in the lot for 28 miles worth. Bastages.

Anna damn that just plain sucks.
First file a complaint with the service writer.
If he's not going to do anything about it, contact the dealer's general manager or owner(s). If that still doesn't work, write a letter to the dealership and complain. Written letters from my experience always works best. If that still doesn't work, I can refer you to a friend of mine who is an attorney here in San Francisco. She had her mom's car refunded after she got ripped off buying a used FORD EXPLORER and paid way too much for it.
There should be no reason why they drove the car for 28miles.
When you brought your car in for service, check your receipt for the miles logged in when your brought it. And when you left, the mileage should be written down also.
You can always call NISSAN MOTOR COMPANY directly in Los Angeles and complain like hell. That's what I did when the G35 brake pads had to be replaced after 10,000 miles and they wouldn't cover it.
Anyways DO NOT let the dealer get away with this...
They're still your CD's and there is NO REASON why they should drive the car for that many miles.
IT IS BAD BUSINESS for any dealership to do that!

Eric at Freeman Lexus was asked to take over as their service manager and he declined because they are so screwed up over there he didn't think he could handle it.
Yes, you sure have had a bad few months. I hope everything went well last night.

The service manager is one of the biggest dicks in there, but talk to him anyway. Contact Nissan, Freeman Nissan is very worried about their crappy reputation right now.

Thanks, oh the fights were great!! The boys from our academy owned their opponents. One match was over in less than a minute! The kid was scared sh*tless.. he just got down on the mat covering his head with his arms- gave up defending him self because our guy clocked him in the jaw so hard right off the bat it looked broken... OVER!
I can't wait for the next one... I'll let you know.. actually I think we're going to some fight in RP tonight but I don't know much about it, must just be at a different academy.
