I'll be meeting up with Jose at 6 and then we'll be heading out there. I have one request to make but I'll speak to you guys in the morning. I'll probably only get like 3 hours of sleep but I can't miss another opportunity to chill with you guys again. I had a blast last time.

So I have to say Im exhausted!! I didnt like that it was 2 days and not by the beach but I did think the quality of cars was night and day compared to funk flex last year.

Lauren has the camera with pics so I cant put anything up right now...

Custom Wide-Body GTR was amazing!!

Jose, Rich and I went winless this year but in the next class up 3 - 350z's (2 of which are from the Florida Z Club) one 4th and one 5th and the Top Secret 350z from last year I think took first...

I had a blast. Hopefully next time I can enter my car and win something. My girl has the pics so as soon as I get them I'll upload them. The GTR was beautiful. The 240 with the subwoofer steering wheel was amazing. The quality of cars was good and the venue was ok. I can't compare because this is my first Flex show. Hanging with you guys was great. I can't wait for HIN. If anyone has an MTX catalog that they picked up from the floor with a phone number on it let me know. I need that number to order my system.

To all of you who came to the show, thank you for coming and showing your great rides. I enjoyed meeting those of you who I spoke to about your Z's and G's while I was judging vehicles. I would like to have spent more time with you all, but we were being torn in every direction possible as this was the first year we were indoors with the rest of SBN.

Btw, the only Nissans and Infiniti's that I personally judged were the Z's and G's at the front next to the hallway and the blue GTR from Tampa.

^^^Hey bro, it was good talking and sharing auto crossing stories with with you yesterday... I had a good time this weekend but I must say that it was a long and dreadful one, I'm still hurting all over! Two days of all that bass is just to much for me, I think I liked it better when it was outside. At first I was like great no sand in the car to worry about, but after it was all over I think I prefer it outside more to view and keep me entertained...

I would have to agree there, out side was way more entertaining.
Without the FMF show I think SBN would not have as much going on, in previouse years SBN was a extremly big show with big name sponsores......etc
Add it to the list of things the current economy has affected I guess

If you only knew what we went through this year.

I did enjoy the air conditioning and shade, but this year was a new experience for being inside. It was a definite cost saving measure since the ocean center was finally finished and the cost of using the band shell was enough to buy another Z.

So while there was +'s and -'s to being inside, I agree that we enjoyed the band shell more. Before next year's show, we're going to make some changes and try to make it better for everyone. I can't guarantee we'll get the band shell, but it will be improved as this year was a learning experience for everyone.

I'm sure it was, something of this magnitude is no small task.
I'm just speaking from a spectator & participant's point of view.

Hopefully the band shell will see you took your buisness else where this year and give you a better one for next year.
Good luck with all though.......

I appreciate that man.

Whatever you all feel as spectators is what we take our pride in while we're running the tuner jam portion of SBN. We want your experience to be the best and like getting suggestions from the spectators/participants. That's why, even during limited moments of time, we will stay with you all after judging your vehicles and let you know what else you can do to make more points. So just like us enjoying helping you all, we enjoy you all helping us with information to improve our side as well.

My head STILL hurts! I wish I would have known mine would be judged the second day and I wouldn't have stood by my Z for 11 hours Saturday right in front of the white Expedition booth. Holy crap my skin even hurt. The bass in there is the only reason I may consider not going next year. By the end of the day Sunday I was even feeling nauseous over it. Then since the judge assigned to the Ultimate Asian class was super busy the last 30 min before the awards, I was judged by a different judge. That was costly. But he was nice enough to come to me after the show and apologize and explain what happened. The show was definitely an experience.
