This is for the Orlando crowd to caravan to the meet at Hooters in Gainesville, FL on August 1st.

The plan is to meet at Waterford Bestbuy at 8:30 AM and leave by 9:15 AM. Try to wash and fill up your G/Z the day/night before. Also make sure you bring your E-Pass for the tolls as the route there involves driving through 408 then the Florida Turnpike

really.. I think I would like to join you if your going that day... only thing is that is a good drive, and racing out there. Engine gonna be heat soaked.

Cool im going to the track this wednesday so im skip out on the track up there, So i'll be follow home with you Rich.

 

From hooters (or likely campus) its only about 15-20 minutes. The cars shouldn't be too hot after we eat, etc.

Plus I've never had trouble with heat soak drag racing, I usually have the opposite issue actually

 

I'll see how the days goes.... I hardly turn down the track, Im going tomorrow also, so see you out there.

Yeah, I feel bad bailing on Bithlo this week, but I can't, too much stuff with work, I wouldn't be able to get down there until after 9 PM, which is useless.

Oh well, Gainesville is a better track anyway.
