This is my plan....

Thursday: buy more tools

Friday: get rental car, Injectors and Fuel pump....send off ECU

Saturday: drop tranny and Pull headers( sand blast and heat coat)
replace Clutch with super duper 1

Sunday- Tuesday: Headers back in...tranny back in start on the Kit itself....


So if all goes well Wednesday I should be in Jail.......

Transmission down.....

New tilon clutch in.....waiting on throw out bearing to get attached....( must be pressed on) then tranny will go back in....

Manifold were taken off and heat wrapped...Reinstalled.....

Fuel pump modified....royal pain to get the plastic clip on the filter basket/ fuel pump section...

Plenum taken off and new injector Installed....( easy)


Oil pan removed and awaiting a Tap to be done to the JWT spacer( didnt wanna Tap upper oil pan)....

ECU removed and will be FEDEX monday....

Tranny may go back in tonight....if not Monday.......then Oil pan spacer should be tapped and reinstalled later that night.... after all that the rest should just be the crap ton of Piping and Intercooler....then hopefully getting the car back together and crossing fingers it starts...lol..

Cant really do anything now cause im waiting for parts.... expect a Wednesday start up


oh ya im going heat wrap crazy....

 

Tranny back in yesterday....heap wrapped all the Exhaust side pipe's......Today will be pipes.....pipes...pipes.... and my ECU returns today.....with any luck start up 2 morrow and a Drive to get my Exhaust worked on....

wow...im learning alomst as much about special tools as I am this Turbo kit....lol


Delayed due to lack of Tools....LOL.....cant tighten down T-60 and a O2 sensor....not enought clearance to fit Wrentch or standard sockets as soon as that gets done...tighten all pipes...insert oil.....

oh ya and a Tap was missing from my kit so I need to get that to retap oil line....

 

It lives...hahaha...few small items to fix...and put the pretty parts back on..and a couple of wheels

Yeah thats if my kit ever gets here. Still got a few eletronics as well to wire up. Probably doing the turbo timer before the turbo set up and just leave it to 0 idel after engine off. The big things I'm waiting for are the safeguard, blitz dsbc, fuel pressure guage.

I had an emergency business trip and it got extended. So Im out of pocket for a little while... I miss working on the car.

Sorry tired. CONGRATS MAN! How did your heat wrap go? you got the turbo boot? Where did you get yours from. Checkers wants an arm and a leg for there wrap.
