I'm looking at moving somtime this fall, hopefully arround October-November time frame.

I am looking at moving towards town more. I got a couple of years left on island, well months if you count feet on greound time; and I wanna see do the city thing. Looking for a 700+ sqrft 1br, Loft, or Studio. I've been doing some hardcore searching for hours on end and I only seem to be getting 180sqrft studios and 200 Sqrft 1br. Alot of times they are interchanging the terms to hike up the price.

Here is what I am willing to work with if you can keep an eye out:

West Honolulu, $1000-$1500, Secured parking, 700sqrft living space minimum. Thats about it... I'll live many places it doesnt bother me.

My current Land Lord is a fukin kunt. She try's to find ways of trying to blame me for the dishwashers leaking, garbage disposal not working or the POS shower fixtures leaking. Yeah, they've lost my rent checks 2 times on diffrent occasion when I was on the road. So every time I send out a new batch I have to worry if they made it to her or not.

Had one of those louvered glass panes break when I was cleaning it. Had a crack that went all the way trough it. Kinda just balanced up there, it broke apart and hit me in the head. That was a **** day. Not to mention the place is filled with 60 and 70 year old people that hate young people.

So yeah any ideas?

 

You can try Asato Realty or Savio Realty. I used them within the last 2 yrs for rental. They did good. Savio Realty responded quicker to my needs when I had to get something fixed.
