So bordom and no car is a bad thing, well not exactly bad. I just bought 4 items 3 of which I need and 1 I just like.

Talked the combined shipping down to $18.01 on this one and now I can get rid of those DAMN plastic containers, so if any one is looking at going water/ alchy injection I got your tanks right here.

And lastly a purchase I've been putting off for the past year or so out of shear lazyness. The last guage for my cluster, DEFI 60mm amber Fuel Pressure Guage.

So I have a few items in mind I want to get soon: spc toe cam bolt kit, harness bar (or roll bar with harness bar), harness, and if I dont get a buyer for my exhaust a BBK. The BBK will be this fall, again if some one doesnt buy my exhaust (hint hint). If I get the kit the only real thing left I need from my original project is the LV 5 half chafts.

 

My spun aluminum shift **** came in today. Damn its better than I expected! The threads are at the verry end and its counter sunk to go lower on the shifter. It will drop about an inch and a half down. Man the *** is gonna be REAL low, I already have a top speed short shiftr that is 1 inch lower so that ball is gonna be deep.

The only bad thing is it was not engraved . So Im gonna hafe to keep the stocker for safety checks. Iguess there is a good side to this though, they dint charge me extra for the engraving.

they look at your shifter for safety inspection? if so i think you are going to the wrong place, the place i went to didnt look at anything

 

yep had several guys I worked for get poped for it. Thats what I told one of the inspectors when I found out they check for that. I was like, "dude if Im needing to look at the pattern on the shifter then there is bigger issues going on than needing that shift pattern."

Good news though on the car front. The engine is being shipped monday. Yeah. should be about 5 to 6 days, then another week or so depending on how motivated sonics is to get rid of my car.

As soon as my egine gets in and the exhaust gets ordered and installed. So I hope your not in too big of a hurry, your probably looking at earl July. Thats why it was a feeler. I know you had wrote it has to be soon but um yeah cant be too fast there I cant drive arround with out an exhaust.
