Default Who has the Pro-Charger Z?

I forgot to ask the person who has the Pro-Charger 350Z what EMS they have installed. The Standard tuning solution provided in that kit does not address timing so it's a time bomb waiting to happen.

Vortech fmu?? the split second box? He has a different brand Super charger so that's kinda odd. That is a sufficent method tho. I noticed he had a little puff of smoke come out the exhaust when he rev'd it high 50x in the lot. Even though that may seem kool I wouldn't do that

Yeah the best solution for price is the UTEC or EU. Your not gona reach huge power with either of those 2 SC's so either one will be fine.

I personaly am leary about procharger. When I was starting out my build a few years back, I was looking at going the procharger route. I spent an hour on the phone with the Tech guys and they plat out said that their brochures and advertising was missleading. Using the terms "Flows" and "Potential" they misslead you into thinking great power gains. Basicly they bench flow the SC and extrapolate that into theoretical HP #'s.

Long and short the potential is not there with the Procharger.

^^you sir are correct. They did over hype the procharger just a tad bit. We arent planning on keeping it for long. Trying to save up money for the APS TT later down the road. Labor wont be a problem as me and my dad will be doing it all. Gives us a reason to spend some quality time togeather.
