So I've been slowly working on a little project over the past 4 years when I got spare time. Im board on the road so I think Im gonna show my little baby to the world

Its a Savage .308 bull barrel sniper rifle with a set trugger adjusted to 10oz's. There is a secondary safety in the trigger, titanium firing pin, Ultimate sniper stock, Harris self stabelizing autoleveling bipod with spring loaded leg adjustments up to 18" with a 180deg dampend swivel so you can track (lead) your um "target". The Scope is a Leupold Mark V 10-18 X 50 scope with sun shade and Russian Swarvoski (yes the same as that decrotive crystal crap) no fog optics.
As it sits now its has a 500 meter grouping of about 2" cold bore; using walmart generic hunting bullets. Once I get some match grade ballistic stabalized I can get that down to about 1" grouping and stretch her out to the grand (1000 meter). Once I get back Im gonna start trying to source amunition and at least a 500 meter range and start the log book.
A shot log records every shot on a rifle. You start it at 50 meters logging wind speed, temp, humidity, time of day and total scope adjust ment (basicly form 0-0 and you + or - from there. It will take about 3 sessions about 4 hours each to walk it in 50 meter incriments to 500 meters. But it will be ***** on accurateas long as I can get windage, distance, temp etc. So now I just need to get a good spotting monoc and a hand wind guage and I should be decent.
Scared yet
Oh wait there is more. The optics are good enough that at the Colonade On The Greens place I had up in Aiea; I could see jersey numbers in K and L sections in the stadium of the fans during UH games. Up in the Yellow seating. Thats more than a mile straight line distance.
Sleep tight
