Default Anyone intersted in buying replicas from shine auto?

***EDIT*** Ok so it looks like i can ship up to 3 kits to hawaii for $260 so there should be room for 2 more kits. If someone wants to split with me thats $130 shipping each if we can find another thats about $87 each. If you're serious send me a pm and we can work it out im gonna be putting my order in next week.

I'm ordering some parts from Shine Auto they make quality replica kits. I'm ordering a full kit and they quoted me $260 for the shipping he said it's flat rate so if anyone else wants to order some stuff let me know and we can split the shipping. They make the amuse replica and nismo v2 i'm not sure what else you can try searching here to check for other things they make.

They're not gonna have my kit in stock til next week so I wont be placing the order til then.

i might be interested. was looking at some stuff from them. i'll let you know. As for shipping itself. How much extra room do they have in the boxes?

Also do they have a website? Can't remember which products they carry. Was going to order from evo-r, but if shipping comes out cheaper, i might jump on it if they have the right stuff too

DAMN POST A DEAL AND THE TROLLS COME OUT!!!!

aimbob 23 posts since early 06.... COMMON MAN!

Nah Just kidding.

But realy thought the flat rate is generaly per kit, not per order. And if other peices fit in the boxes they toss them in under the order. Other wise people will... well... jump in like this. Why is the shipping so damn expensive any ways. That crap is light, just bulky. Hmmmm who are they shipping through?

Im gonna take a look at their products to see what they got to offer that I want. But seriously doubt its per order.

my $.02

I spoke to ken from shine auto on the phone today and he said the $260 is a flat rate i'm guessing he's gonna ship it in a big box, he said that if i want to save on the shipping find other people to split it with because he can put multiple kits in the box...so if you are serious about getting anything from them let me know before next week monday cause that's when im placing my order.

I'm thinking about getting their central 20 kit, what do you guys think? I really had my heart set on the Varis Arising v1 but I talked to the guys from BulletProof Automotive today and right now its taking about 4 months to get the kit in from when you order it. Also the whole shine kit would end up costing less then just the Varis side skirts, haha.
What do you guys think about the C20 front bumper? I like it, but its just soo different I'm still trying to wrap my head around changing the look of my car so drastically.

EDIT: grammar ****

Haha, just got the Varis Arising 1 front lip from Andrew over at Bulletproof.

Can't wait to get it... but it's going to be awhile. Sent it over to my old stoming grounds over at Arizona... picking it up in February.

haha I talked to him this morning and he said he sold 2 to hawaii guys today, 1 was a damaged one that I looked at but looked a little too cracked for my liking, and one was shipped to AZ. I was thinking man I bet I know how bought that but I figured u already have a nismo v2 bumper so maybe it was someone else.
If i order the arising lip i'm gonna get the matching CF side steps and the tourenn rear bumper, not sure tho, either way i'm gonna get the nismo v1 e-type spoiler, probably the replica from evo-r (who wants to spend 1600 on a freaking wing?) what do u guys think about the central 20 front bumper?

LOL. Yep, I just got the cracked one. Couldn't wait... I was eyeing the Varis front for a while now. I'm trying to figure out how to get it here the cheapest. Should I wait for February and fly to AZ, or have my bro ship it.

BTW, I have C-West on the car.

I went with the damaged lip to save money. New lens, new tripod... I need new shizzz.

Here's how you save money. Send parts to your brother in the mainland. Take a vacation without much clothes and no luggage. Check-in your baggage and carry on your clothes coming home.

Got the Nismo Y-Pipe, Nismo Ti shift ****, and Project Mu brake pads in a custom crated box (to protect against rough handling)... The Nismo exhaust cannister in the rectangular custom crated box... JDM taillights in the Addidas bag (carry on)... the Nismo midpipe and Blitz wing had to be brought over "later" by my brother when he came here. After paying $400 to ship my CWest lip kit, I wasn't going to get gouged again. Used the $$ that time to for the tickets for the vacation. I did the same the year previous for my Advan rims.
