Active volcano is the big island.

As for pizza, I'd say check out Boston's Pizza.

As for things to do, you can check out Diamond Head hiking. Also you can go to Hanauma Bay, walk around Waikiki, visit the North Shore and stop by at Matsumoto's shave ice in Haleiwa, and Sea Life part to name a few

there's no active vocano on oahu. LOL
I would recommend you to go see Pearl Harbor, take a drive around the island.

Go to B&N and get this book right away. Read it inside out. It will tell you every little secrets, places to go. Have fun in Hawaii.

I just got back from Oahu, I stayed in Waimanalo. Deffinitely check out Pearl Harbor and Hanauma bay. Get to Pearl Harbor before 9-10 if you want to go out and see the Arizona, which is one of the cooler things. The Dole plantation was fun. If your into hiking/climbing, check out Koko head. It's pretty intense though. There about 1000 steps made from old railroad ties going up the mountain. For body surfing head to Sandy's but you have to be careful there since the waves break so close to the shore. If you want to try actual surfing rent a board and head to the North Shore or Makapu. The lagoons in Ko Olina are also cool if you want to just chill out.

I have seen pear harbor, and I am not going to try to surf. I will try some para sailing, that should be easier for my old fat self. We will need a big fast pull boat.

Best pizza: Check and see if magoos is open again yet. cheap bear good pizza
Good restaraunt downtown: yardhouse (good food and 100+ on tap)
snacks: Lanikai juice in kailua (blows jamba away)
good thai food: any champa thai, the one in kailua is byob
might be active volcano on the big island, def not on oahu, i went to the big island like 4 months ago and there was no active flow.
For a chopper i would take it around the coast - take H3 to kailua and then take kam hwy to the north shore (might be windy though)

seriously if ur from anywhere near new york don't bother trying to find pizza in hawaii. It's pretty sad that everyone here is suggesting a chain pizza place as the best pizza but that just shows you this isn't the place to come for pizza. Personally if you really want pizza i'd check out big kahunas by the airport.

ala moana shopping center 3rd floor, the renovated waikiki beach area with high end shops, ward center, Aloha tower, china town, almost anywhere you go will have great eating places, Sam Choy's, Zippy's, Sekiya's for saimin, Ono's for laulau, yama's seafood for poke, liliha bakery for choco puffs and great breakfast. So many places to eat and too little time... Check out this list of restaurants.

You might want to see if you can change your intinerary to go to the big island for 2 or 3 days. Fly to kona, stay a night there, check out the coffee plantations, drive around the island to see the volcano's national parks, stay in Hilo, and see the orchids, then drive back around to visit Waikaloa village and the dolphins, and then get back to kona to fly back to oahu.

Usually, pasty white guys change color and get red.
