Hey guys I was wondering if anyone on the boards knew of someone who can help me get a safety check, the catch being that i have a pretty big crack on my windshield and i don't think they will pass that. If anyone can help me out with someone who can assist me in obtaining one so i can renew my registration that would be highly appreciated. Thanks guys.

 

try C&R. they are in town, and it costs a little bit more. but the guy didn't even look at my car when he did my inspection. shoot me a pm if you have more questions.

 

hey thx for the reply. Ok well i got a scheduled appointment for tomorrow to have someone come to my house to replace my windshield. gonna cost me about 300$. So i will try go get a safety from firestone or something to start. if not i will be sure to pm u about this other place and find out wat they charge.

 

Hmm most insurance companies cover the windshield no deduction if it is in the drivers field of view. Its a saeftey issue that is covered by most insurance policies.

 

hmm next time ill have to try that. lol well i fixed the windshield and got a temp safety check till i renew registration. Thx for the help.
