Default anyone recommend a good exhaust??

I was looking at getting the fast intentions one...but you guys have any better ideas? Looking for the most power and good sound...not overbearing sound but a nice deep tone but not too quiet! You guys would know best...recently went from a subaru to a 350z...very happy with the z...

HKS Hi Power Ti Exhaust! Deep tone and definately not as you say, "overbearing".

I personally think my botha has the nicest (and deepest) sound for the z. There are better exhausts for power though.

yeah the helicopter noise was a little annoying but can't be mad with the turbo...but yeah I heard the hks exhaust was a good choice as well as the fast intentions... was wondering if I should get the high flow cats first though...don't know where to start with the z...thanks for your input though guys...

Without headers and testpipes, the sound is deep but somewhat quiet at cruising speeds, more importantly not annoying. You hear it mostly changing between 1 to 2 to 3 gears....but when you hit the throttle the sound is sweet. Even on open highway (mainland) interstate 95 I would get a thumbs up and comments on the sound from cars as I go side by side passing them.

Performance: With Invidia N1 catback exhaust systems you get maximum performance whether your engine is stock or heavily modified. Invidia N1 catback exhausts are designed to produce strong mid to top-end power gains, as well as an increase in horsepower and torque....dyno proven to maximize engine response and power. Now with headers and test pipes..Bro, sounds like an airplane. When I added the headers and testpipes the sound is monster! My car was being tuned on the dyno, I heard it three blocks down before I even got to the shop. I've gotten use to the added sound and deafness . I've never dynod the car before the headers, testpipes and superscharger install. But I'm sure you get the best gains when both headers and testpipes are included on the setup. Check the thread below for more details, again thats my personal opinon, I like the looks and its performance. Like anything, do your research first.

I've got the exact one pictured. I like it.

If I was buying an exhaust today, you would have me sold bro lol...good ****...I have heard the invidia before and yeah I definitely like the sound...didn't know anything as far as the performance goes but apparently its good too...I just ordered berk cats and want to hear the how those sound on my car...got aem intake which I hope fits on my roadster(some say it does and others say it doesn't) and skunk2 intake spacer(5/16)...want to see the power difference from stock to those few mods...
