Default ATTN JOE!!

hey joe, im having an issue with chad from new city nissan parts department. As you know i got into an accident about 2 months ago, resulting with a cracked nismo v2 front bumper. Me and mike from GX auto were trying to order the bumper through chad because he ordered my v2 last time, but for some reason he wasnt cooperating with us from the whole 2 months my car has been down. So we called king nissan to see if we can order the v2 from them and they were more than willing to get it for us, all they needed was the v2 part number. So we called up chad to get the part number from him, but comes to find out, when the bumper came in from kings it was the stock bumper. So, now, were trying work things out again with chad, but he still aint cooperating. From what i heard, chad ordered my v2 bumper from a nissan dealership in texas the last time because that is the only dealership that sells after market parts. So i was wondering if you know of the dealership so i can call them myself and have them ship it to mike.

I can order the bumper from a vendor, but im not willing to fork out half of what the bumper is worth since im going through my insurance. So it has to be legit and come from a nissan dealership.

If you know of this dealership or if anyone knows where i can get a v2 bumper from a dealership, then please let me know. Thanks guys for your help!

Authentic Nismo? Then look to:

West Covina Nissan

http://www.thenismoshop.com/ikorb.ph...oduct_id=12203

or

Performance Nissan:

http://www.mynismo.com/products/?id=4259

BOTH LEGIT NISSAN DEALERS AND MY350Z VENDORS. Both are renowned for their friendliness towards modified Nissans, and their unparalleled customer service.

West Covina Nissan may have the best facility in North America.

Both are highly recommended by me, and the countless others that have used their services.

You may be thinking of Courtesy Nissan in TX. I thought at one point they were selling bumpers/lips. I didn't see anything on there currently though.

I got my Nismo Kit from West Covina as well...they're really awesome. PM Justin, he'll help you out.

FYI: Nissan recently jumped the price on the V2...it might still be expensive but Justin might be able to hook you up with shipping.

Hello everyone. Chad at New City is a good guy, and he helps out people when ever he can. And RWP350 is not saying that he is a bad person, but the part is taking way too long and his patience has run out. It was informed to us that the bumper will arrive with in a few days (we were willing to pay for the air freight of course) but that was over two months ago. We were RECENTLY informed that there is a minimum 90 day wait for this particular bumper, which we would have been fine with, but initially we were told otherwise. It comes down to being straight forward with the customer with the situation. He also should not have given the wrong part number to the customer, the part number he gave RWP350 was NOT the part number for the V2 front bumper. Since the customer ordered the bumper from him in the first place, it should have not been that difficult for the correct number to be given out. . Everyone, RWP350, we here at GX AUTO, even the insurance company is waiting for the bumper patiently. We are all hoping that the situatation will be resolved soon and the bumper will arrive with in a few days

I'd like to say sorry. I wasnt trying to make chad seem like a bad guy. He helped me the last time i got into an accident by getting the parts that i needed. I guess you can say im just anxious to get my car back before i get back home. And thanks mike for doing everything you can to get the bumper in and the great service you provide to all of us.

Courtesy Nissan is the only dealership in Texas that sell aftermarket parts....unless there is another I don't know about. Anyways, It seems GX has it has everything under control.
