Toys for Tots will be held on Saturday December 6, 2008 (Yes, that's the day after HIN...I know! )

Main Meet spot: Kapolei KMart
Meet time: 930am
Roll Out: 1030am
Cruise to Kaneohe Marine Corps Base (11am-1pm)

A few things to remember:

1. The coordinators suggest we purchase our toys from Kmart as they are letting us use their parking facilities although its not mandatory.

2. Be there early! They are expecting 60+ clubs consisting of over 500 cars....it will be insane!

3. Upon toy drop off at the Marine Corps Base (11am-1pm) we are to leave the base immediately

We are not required to ride in the same cruise line as everyone else going to the base....we could hit H3 or north shore side; its our call. We just need to be on base before 1pm. I think it would be good to meet up prior to the main meet in Kapolei so we can all be parked next to one another.

This is considered a mandatory event and everyone with stickers should be there. Please support our in need Keiki's this Christmas!

AJ - thanks for following up on this. I'm glad we rolling as Oahu Z. My opinion is to ride with the Z Club of Hawaii. They may not be our brothers, but they sure as hell are our cousins. I'll do whatever is decided by the team.

 

I might have to meet you there at the base because I will be hung over from the HIN after party. But I will definitely be there.

lol the only problem with 2 seater cars...If maggie doesn't go, you have a reserved seat in the roadster.

my car is now upp and ready to run, but i got UTA and a christmas party at my unit that weekend. ill try and see if i can make up for that UTA on a different day.

I was thinking of doing a short meet up prior to the Kmart meet spot just so we can roll in together. Same meet spot as usual? I'm open for any ideas.
