Hey guys does anyone know whats going on with gx auto? I called earlier this week and someone answered but said that everyone was on vacation? Does anyone know when they're coming back? I had a front bumper painted by them and there are 2 lumps and a spot where the paint bubbled and chipped off. I was hoping they'd fix this for me considering how much I paid for them to paint my bumper. I think they may have also taken my bumper support... Can anyone who knows them give me some info? Also, for anyone that has delt with them before do you think they'll fix my bumper or make me pay more?

 

everybody from gx auto is in korea. i think they are coming back next week. they were there since ending of december.

Mike and his crew are out and will be returning towards the end of next week. Sorry to hear about your bumper, I am sure that there are further extenuating circumstances in regards to the problem you have faced but I assure you that GX Auto is the best at what they do, no doubt. I wouldn't trust my ride with anybody but them, and they have ALWAYS went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of even when they didn't have to. These guys have a great reputation for a reason, and have consistantly put out great work for me and MANY others on this island to say the least. I don't think you have anything to worry about, just hit up Mike when he gets back and I am sure you will be fine. He is a very personable and reasonable guy. These guys are very honest as well, so if your bumper support was taken off, I am sure that it was put back on. Just be patient Big Dawg, unforseen sh.it happens sometimes when your in this kind of business as everything can not always be perfect, but I know your in good hands and you'll be fine. Take it easy and post some pics up of the ride when you get it completed

 

gx has PM'd me today. I didn't know they had their own sn on this forum... I appreciate the fact that I have been contacted and will be updating this thread on how this issue is handled. thanks to rodney and steve for helping me out thus far!

 

I haven't had the opportunity to get work done my Mike and the crew. I am looking forward to bringing them my business. I was so unsatisfied with where I went for my wing that I even forgot the name. And yeah, it's scary how fast they respond to what is said in the forums!!
