I completely agree with you things here are way over priced especially when final finish is garbage.....its always good to have hook ups though,I guess thats one plus to living on an island..

Well I used get charge $250 but my friend doesn't work at jl auto body anymore but Idk I don't have a budget. Price isn't the issue it's just that I don't want to pay a lot with a shitty paint job. It's just that people here over price and get ripped off And trust me $400 is over priced to just repaint a bumper. I'll probably go with my friend that charge me $300.

Hmmm... just throwing this out there:
For the members who rent apartments/homes, how much are you guys paying a month and how many BD/BRs do you guys have?
I'll be moving back soon and want to get a good figure on a 3BD/2.5BR... definitely getting a Garage this time.

Sounds nice. I'm trying to spend about 2k myself and share between 1 or 2 roommates. Mililani is a great area, just far from work... then again, i use to commute from LA to San Diego daily =)
Everything else seems to be in EWA. I miss my place by the stadium but I hated the speedbumps =(

if not you can get a great place for 3200...
not to be giving outs members info but a couple folks have really nice places in Aiea/Pearlridge just in the back area...
so if you gonna have military as roommates you can get pretty much anything with your price range...
shoots if your over 7 years in you really should look into buying with the VA loan...
guaranteed!
the place right next to me is for sale but it's a townhouse I think they want 345k for it 4br 3 1/2 br...
you could make a killing if you find 2 E5 and an 1 E4
just keep searching really...
