You guys running the D-Cut LE's or CE's...were there slight water marks on the lip portion of the wheel ?.....Can't tell from these photos. - Just curious.

No I don't have that problem. Mine look pretty good after a wash. I thoroughly wash them after they get dirty and then dry them. If you don't dry them and your water has deposits, I can imagine staining.

Default Here's a photo I took tonight with the new lens

I am away on a business trip and left the 350Z at home. So I took a photo of my Lexus IS350 wheel.

Wait till you try other lenses. That wide aperture of 1.8 gets a pretty shallow depth of field, and you can play with that. I'm glad your'e having fun with the camera as much as I am. Wait till you try an ultra wide angle, or a macro... All I need now is a fisheye and a super telephoto.

I love your photos!!! I have SOOOOO much to learn and try. Guess I'll appreciate each lens at a time.

$$$$$... Just keep taking shots like me, and soon, your photos will be better than mine. Beleive me, just keep taking shots, go over your photos, and retake them to make them better.

May I suggest an Ultra Wide Angle. When you take your first shot at 10mm, you will be hooked.

BTW, I like your bee shots... it's a ***** to get a good shot. But... you know they will be best with a Macro. You will also enjoy that d40 a ton more with it.

I took a few more this weekend. I saw a GT40 while having my oil changed on my car.

Some very nice pictures.

I am suffering with just my Canon A-530 point and shoot at the moment...but I am considering a digital SLR. (I've been looking at the Pentax K10D).

I keep telling myself I don't need another expensive hobby, but apparently I'm not listening.

That looks REALLY good. I have a d40x and I passed up the D80 for cost reasons and novice skill reasonings. But the car's hot, i'm saving those pics. Got anything with bigger resolution?
