Exhanged Nikon D40 for a D80. Took more 350Z pics today... hope you like :)
No I don't have that problem. Mine look pretty good after a wash. I thoroughly wash them after they get dirty and then dry them. If you don't dry them and your water has deposits, I can imagine staining.

Well guys... I did go out and buy a Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D lens. I'm going to test it out tonight and hopefully post some pics. This photography thing is getting addictive
Didn't drive the 350Z today... but hopefully I'll have something to take a photo of

I love your photos!!! I have SOOOOO much to learn and try. Guess I'll appreciate each lens at a time.

May I suggest an Ultra Wide Angle. When you take your first shot at 10mm, you will be hooked.
BTW, I like your bee shots... it's a ***** to get a good shot. But... you know they will be best with a Macro. You will also enjoy that d40 a ton more with it.

Some very nice pictures.
I am suffering with just my Canon A-530 point and shoot at the moment...but I am considering a digital SLR. (I've been looking at the Pentax K10D).
I keep telling myself I don't need another expensive hobby, but apparently I'm not listening.
