Default Exhanged Nikon D40 for a D80. Took more 350Z pics today... hope you like :)

Here are some photos I took today of my 350Z. I also included some other nature photos that I took this morning. This was taken with a Nikon D80. I posted some photos the other day that I took with the Nikon D40. The D40 was nice, but I wanted a little more detail. Here are images taken with the D80 with the 18-135 mm lens.

Those are some sweet pics man. I am looking at the D40 and was wondering if it is worth the extra money to get the D80

Actually here is a link to some pics I took of the Z with the D40

https://my350z.com/forum/media-share/308220-bought-a-nikon-d40-and-took-a-few-pics-of-the-z.html

The D40 was not bad, but I wanted something with just a little better quality. The D40 only has 3 focal points whereas the D80 has 11. The D40's interface was nice with graphical representations of the lens. The D80 does not have this graphical representation. It's all done with a LCD screen on the top of the camera. The D80 of course was more than double the price of a D40.

Sweet ride, the black & whites are killer. Did you enhance any of the pics with either Photoshop or the software that came with your Nikon??
Thanks for the screen savers!!!!

Thanks for the compliments. The pictures were not enhanced by photoshop or the Nikon software. The only thing I did was to use PhotoImpact Pro to convert the images from color to black and white. The color photos are all from the Nikon camera and were just resized so that you can view them on your monitor.

Oh BTW just wanted to say that kit lense takes great pics.
Get yourself 50mm 1.8f and you'll be able to take AWESOME shots of your Z.

Like all 350z's, it looks good but lose the side stripes. This is not an iroc.
