My Poor Attempt at a Lightbox Shot - LOL!
well, i was inspired by a thread on POTN. i don't have any halogen lamps, but just one desk lamp attached to the top of my desk. i made it work as best as i could and this is the result.
hopefully i can find time to run to target and pick up some halogen lamps for side lighting!

Well, can you adjust how much light/power output it can put? If not try a flashlight, pref. a LED with white light and paint the can with it or get another lamp. Those are the cheapest methods I use.

Here are some examples I did a while back for my product lighting class. I used just some background paper, a 500w light, and wrapped wax paper around the area out of frame to create a home made soft box.

Thats really nice. The pics of the light with the stuffed animal don't really give it justice. Just need a little bit of a fill on the dark side. Just take one of those pieces of white paper and bounce just a tiny amount back on the can. Nice shots.
