Foggy Days Suck! (Before and After Pic)
I think that shot would look better in landscape. The building on the left and the white wall seem to converge at the two tanks. The vertical lines from the tank draw would your eyes down to the car.
With it shot portrait, your eyes wander to the brightest part of the image which is the white clouds and blue sky. The vertical lines of the tank help your eyes up. And just need to watch the distortion when shooting wide.
