I've only had my camera for about a week but here are my favorites thus far.. PS Thanks, Synth, for suggesting the nifty fifty which should be here on Monday

 

Sorry guys

But check the EXIF, the images with a "2008" watermark were actually taken in early 2009... Feb/Mar. I was too lazy to make a new"2009" watermark.

1. first trip to the zoo since i got a DSLR


2. a day with GTRs in Austin on my way to Utah


3. the group shot from wednesday during my week at Moab, UT during goneMOAB


4. won Photographer of The Month on mycanikon.com, tied for 1st place in local camera club and subsequently ended up winning Print Of The Year in my camera club


5. my first Redline Time Attack event at Nashville


6. probably the rarest car i've ever shot, the 1997 Porsche GT1 Le Mans car (yes, the real one, not a clone)


7. picture chosen for the Nissan Breast Cancer Awareness calender put together recently (note the pink flowers), theme = "June Bride"


8. shot from a photoshoot in Charlotte a few months ago


9. met steve millen while doing official photography coverage of ZCON 09 in san antonio


10. and finally, 21 R35 GTR's (and 1 R34) during a track day at VIR in February this year right after i got my new 5D

Thanks, you can't tell because I clone stamped him out but there was a guy yelling at the other end of the bridge to get down haha.
