Default Make another car black, please

Still trying to figure out which rims I like...

Can I see this car in black please?

Thanks much!

Or if anyone can find any pics of a black Z with these RH J5 rims (in silver, not gunmetal/black/bronze) that would be perfect. I haven't been able to find pics of this combination.

LOL I suck at photoshop... I wanted to try to do this myself and I think I sorta got the method down for doing a quick and dirty chop (although I doubt I could chop any color aside from black, lol). I think the rims look pretty good on black.

Just don't make fun of my photoshop abilities... i could've done better i think if I spent a few hours instead of a few minutes.

Polygon lasso all the way , and I adjusted brightness to get the color. How quickly we learn... anyways, sorry for wasting everyone's time! :P

Not bad for a first chop.... next time just zoom in (ctrl + "+"). It's much easier to select up close that way

If you still want it chopped, let me know.

How do you change the color and keep the reflection?

^ select the area that you want to change the color of (I use polygonal lasso tool)...

then either 1) change the brightness of the selection
2) adjust the hue/saturation (colorize if needed)
3) play around under the "variations"

any of those will adjust the color and keep the reflection

Here are a bunch of different ways that it can be done...

1) playing with the brightness
2) setting to color burn
3) setting to linear burn
4) setting to overlay
5) playing with variations

Thanks for the tutorial... if I spent a little more time with the lasso it would've been a lot cleaner, but all I care about is seeing how the rims look on black.

IMO they look pretty hot, if I can scrape up the money I will probably get these or the PIAA super rozza's.

What do you guys think of the silver rims on black? I am not a big fan of black rims/black car. Doesn't fit my style.
