Can anyone do the following requests?

Make the image below appear like its moving (ie rims are sorta blured to look like they are rotating) and then blur the background too.

you should have sat inside so the picture looks like someone is driving

haha +1 on the sitting inside. I realized it after I posted..but I was at a park and I thought it would look silly if I was taking pics of myself with the car.


Can I also request the same process for the following images?

wow.. could anyone teach me how to do those moving shots?!?!

 

it's pretty easy if your good with selections. Select an area you want to blur and add "filter" motion blur to it. You also have to add radial blur to the wheels if you want to make them look like they spin. Just build it up in layers. Hope that helps. I can email you my photoshop file if you want to see how I kind of did it.

Hope ya like it. I didn't like the tint effect on this shot. You should take off that front license plate the next time you take some photos.
