PS elememts isnt another viersion of photoshop, its just a very stripped down basic program for organizing digital photography
I personally use CS2 - but have used all the iderations back to 7
CS2 has some nice new tools and features but nothing too huge
Not bad. Maybe add a radial blur to the wheels so it looks like it's actually moving and not just sitting on a background in motion. Know what I'm sayin??? good job by the way.
