I haven't touched photoshop in over a year (my laptop crapped out on me during the move), but give me some time and I'll do it.

I'll be doing just the front wheel on the first pic though. The second pic is overexposed and will make it a bit more difficult to work with. The third would be about the same as the first, with only one wheel done.

The angle of the first and third pic would make it difficult to do a good, realistic chop on the wheels that are furthest away.
