Arrow Water Reflection Created in Photoshop!

Learning new PS tricks! Will continue to tweak various settings to gauge their effectiveness. Let me know what you think.

I have been trying to find a real puddle somewhere to do that.....lol........been wanting to check parking garages and stuff after major rains....

the reflection is a bit over powering, try darkening it or distorting it more

good job though!

Thanks for the input. I agree with you. It was actually my graphic designer's input as well when I first showed him the pic. I guess a reflection like that is possible but would very rare and under perfect lighting conditions.

I tried a combination of blur, ripple effect, and color alteration to come up with below. My biggest challenge has been that the original pic is so high-res that most tricks have to be exaggerated A LOT for them to really have an effect. I could lower the res but am trying not to.
