i got this picture from this site(dont know who did it but definetely nice job!!!)

what is the tip?

which photoshop can you use to do this cell shading? I only have photoshop 2 elements. It was free with the computer. Also, how can I put a photo of my ride in my signature???

I'm not familiar with Elements, but if it lets you use layers and you can trace over lines and color, then it should work fine.

Yes, you can put a picture in your sig too.
