Do we seriously need to bump this every five mins? How about we allow Forged to do the work for us. They will let us know as soon as they know.

Who truly belives that this intake manifold will arrive in customers' hands before the end of the year? I hope this manifold is worth it; cosworth has strung people along for 13 months, now.

 

My opinion: Who care's when it arrives, it's not like there is any other viable option out there, nor is there one on the horizon. Cosworth has not strung anyone out - the people complaining about how long its taking are the ones feeding the problem to begin with. Of course everyone wants it sooner rather than later, but complaining that its taking too long, when its not like there is any other product that could potentially compete, is a bit ridiculous. It's been said many times...it arrives when it arrives, and no amount of posting on this thread, calling Cosworth, etc. etc. is going to change that.

 

 

^^ you agree with you but you are taking the complaining on the wait too seriously...i know ill get it when it arrives, but everybody here is been keeping the humor and a usual, "we just hope to have it for xmass" type of complaining but, nobody is "shooting" the OP or anything like that. If anything its great for cosworth to see the amount of EXCITEMENT (not complaining) customers have on their unreleased product that we hope its out sooner rather than later, thats it...I have not seen any bashing of cosworth..

And i think to answer Quadman, If it wasn't because its cosworth, many would have "backed out" on this plenum already, or bashed cosworth.... we are all just hoping they finished(stock f-ing around lo l ) with the cf caps since thats the last new on why we were seeing a delay

Inasmuch as there is no other intake manifold out there worth having instead of this. "Waiting" for this is not preventing someone from getting something else - nothing else out there is worth having in the first place

 

AAHH understand..Some people would want it for the appearance appeal...That never seems to enter my stream of consciousness when I think of an expensive mod under the hood...

 

I agree - I dont understand getting something akin to this part for the way it looks If it works on my car I will use it, if it doesn't I (will try) to sell it
