Default SP: Turbo kit update

Just wanted to update everyone on the progress. The kit has been finalized and ready to be purchased!! We've already sold 2 kits and shipped them.

Also, we've made an additional option to the kit. Our race style manifolds, using 1.5" schedule 10 stainless for BIG power. Normal price of the kit is $8,499, with these headers it will be $9,499

We'd also like to let everyone know we CAN fit a 67mm set of twins on our kit
You have will have the option of 58mm, 61mm, 67mm, and possibly 63mm turbo's.

Here is a picture of the collector and the new header all built in house.
btw, gate not mounted yet in the below image.

It's time for the 350z market to start making BIG power
If any questions just let me know..

Thanks
Chris

I'll show the final product next week.

Also, explain to me "tuner" version?

i think he means one that comes with parts that are replaceable with choice parts. aka making hte kit cheaper and them adding their onw stuff (injectors piggy backs. fmic....pipings)

Similar to other tuner kits.... no engine managment, injectors, fueling. Just like the hardpipes/turbos/intercooler all the 1off pieces

I gotcha. Well, our kit doesn't come with any fuel or tuning, it's the complete turbo kit only.

As far as subtracting specific components, it's not something my partner and I have discussed. We can talk about it and see if that is something we'd be willing to do. For now it will be sold as a full kit.

There is so much work into this kit, no other kit provides a manifold like the above, nor able to fit up to a 67mm turbo.

Our kit isn't for everyone, but we know this. We want to provide top notch products, and by keeping this production inhouse it keeps costs higher, but we can directly oversee quality.

How come your headers look very similar to SFR header. I know that they use a 304 stainless steel tubing, and burns collectors to maximize flow what are your specs?

We don't use a burns collector, we make our own. it's 3 cut pieces of sch 10 stainless welded, ground, and then mated up to our own waterjet cut t3 flange. Our tubing is larger in ID than those headers, and thicker. Most headers/manifolds look very similar as you have VERY limited space there.

Also, we work with Tim at SFR and that is what comes with our kit at the $8499, however we have to modify the that SFR manifold to fit the larger turbo's we provide with our kit.

I'll get you some 1200rwhp flow numbers on this setup in the next couple months
