We only use aluminum for our charge piping.It dissipates heat much better then stainless(which actually retains heat) or steal (which conducts heat).

Now for the update. We are building the intercoolers right now and will be finishing up this car next week and get it on the dyno. We had to take some time away from it to get ready for some magazine photoshoot/articles.

Well we have been doing this stuff for over 10 years and with RNR,VRT,REV'd UP out of business, we are still here alive and kicking

If you look close at the welds, you can tell it is aluminum.Stainless and mild usually will have a much thinner bead then aluminum.Remember too,this is the prototype and there has been no blingage done to it yet

guys it would be awsome if the turbonetics kit upgrade can make it fit the 06revups. i have a turbonetics kit sitting in my room with a brand new water cooled turbo waiting for install. if this kit makes it not to have any custom mod to the downpipe i would be all over this asap.

This system is on an 07' Rev-up so your 06' wont be a problem.No mods needed. Everything fits real nice.We are looking at a target price for the stage 1 upgrade between $1500-$2000
