I've been in an SRT-4 which had one of the first wot boxes installed from n2mb last year...it is pretty cool when you see it in action...it works just as described
^The point of this device is to allow you to hold the pedal down so that you dont loose boost in between shifts sort of like a 2 step in between every gear...its also easier on the tranny/syncros...but its apparent that boosted cars will benefit from it more than and N/A car...which is why its popular amongst the SRT-4/evo/... owners/tuners

the reason why im coming out with it is because the neons gearbox is just very sloppy when getting aggressive on it.we figured out a way to maximize shift time and im pretty confident that it will work great on any manual trans, particulary neons and evos.with the neon especially big turbos slow shifts result in alot of time spent out of boost.the guys that are able to wot shift are the ones that have been able to nail e.t.'s but sometimes all it takes is one missed shift and the synchs break.the wot box will avoid that happening.

The 2 step is not active as of yet with the Z. Jay needs to check out the Cam sensor signal and write the software for it. But when it does activate, it will be activated by the clutch switch, when the clutch is depressed the 2 step will activate.
