I'm thinking about ordering one. I have the DW300 pump installed, but not sure if it will make ~700whp on C16 in the 2JZGTE.

The DW will max out before 700whp on our dyno. There are a few variables involved, but I would estimate around 600whp on the dw300 depending on boost, redline and fuel pressure.
The Walbro 485 should take care of you with a little room to spare
To give you an idea, the 485 flows 42% more than the DW300 at 70psi.
