So, I got the opportunity to stop by the shop and check out a pull on Craig's car. I must say the turbo spool up sounds insanely sick!! Ear piercing.
Should be interesting to see the final results.

how about we take your "XXXXXXX" built car and craigs car out for a little friendly run here soon...
Are you saying that EVERY nitrous car is slow?? basically you are because thats the same kinda graph that a nitrous car has...
again, please stay off of our threads if you dont have anything positive to say. you, along with a few other people seem to wander your way into threads to spread your debating comments trying to stir stuff up. keep this forum nice or they will be shutting it down soon...

So what you are basically saying is that if a curve is not like the one here it is a slow car?
What about these TT's that came out of your shop? are they slow then because their torque curves are almost straight?

I don't think we have a backup on the exhaust side, but I actually like how the curve looks. If we can carry that over to more boost I'll be happy.
The car is running on a very basic tune. That is with no tweaking or fine tuning involved, and running conservatively on the top end. I believe he could pull at least 20whp more out of the setup with some tuning and make it pull even more through the top end.
As Tengai stated, this turbo is no where near it's peak efficiency range. We won't see it really start to put out big power until it hits 14-15psi or so, but it will be in peak efficiency past 20psi.
But, don't get me wrong. This kit has plenty of bottlenecks when it comes to making. So far we've fixed some when it may have been something else all along. Before it's done it's basically going to be a one off custom setup.
Just take it for what its worth now knowing that we've still got a few kinks to work out. We'll have more soon, hopefully. Until then don't crap on my thread, thanks.

thanks guys, we are pretty much replacing one section at a time on the original TN and then strapping it on the dyno to see what it changed. its a long on going process that we WILL beat!! haha
once we figure out the top secret turbonetics bottleneck issue, we will sell the secrets for $1000 to each customer
