Navygolf can feel free to post it himself. it sounded like a spam message (by that I mean sent to multiple people) to me.
He didn't really 'stand up' for MrA, but he makes him sound like a huge victim with one sentence, then calls him a bum in another.

they never say 'has not been verified'! import mags harly ever show a dyno sheet....
but when I read the story, it sounded to me like they were very skeptical as well... and it came across loud and clear.
but apparently, this story was made without the car ever being fitted with the AWD system... so they were completely going on thier word.
magazines really don't care about verifying numbers. the Ultimate SSC tests will show waht the car is really putting down, and at that point the car will be a joke.
does anyone remember the White 3000gt VR4 convertable the first year that was claiming like 600whp and put down squat and got trounced on?

Knowing I was sent a random PM as well....it all makes sense.
I find it quite interesting that he still has quite such intimate knowledge of things that go on over there still.....
