Hellos,
You're not far from the mark. PowerLab is actually entertaining the idea and I've heard numbers ~$15k (depending on turbo selection).
*Emphasis on "entertaining the idea"*

EDIT: EDIT to pay attention to IntenseFab... not me!

Twin 3.5'' Downpipes
Twin 3.5'' Exhaust systems Merging to a Single 4''
Twin Tial 50mm BOVs

- RC 1200cc Injectors
- PowerLab Fuel Pressure Regulator
Custom Power Steering System w/ Lines
Custom A/C w/ Lines
Custom Radiator and Lines
Custom Engine Coolant system
ProEFI 48 Pin ECU & Harness
- ProEFI Boost Controller
I'm sure im missing a dozen things, but just for ***** and giggles the coolant was around 100$ W/ everything installed and tuned you'd be looking at around $35,000
If this kit were ever made to be a production piece it would be more then likely only be installed at intense motorsports for various reasons. 1) being that we have the most familiarity with the kit, and understand the complexity of this installation. It's not like throwing on a Greddy Kit and there are indefinite modifications that have to be made in order to fit the kit. (i'd love to handle the tech support on someone trying to install twin top mount GT37Rs
