Default My Car Is FINALLY Finished !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those that have followed my builds know I haven't had a trouble free car since June 13 2006. A year and a half. The car is finally finished, well the motor work is anyway. Jeremy called me tonight and the car made 563 whp (if I remember correctly give a take 1 or 2 hp) @ 15psi. Jeremy said it makes power all the way to 6800rpm. He says it is scary as sh*t to drive. The car is a monster. I am going to pick it up tomorrow. Thanks to Jeremy and AJ @ PF, Sam @ GTM and Sharif @ FP all have had a hand in this build. Jeremy put a layer of extra thick icing on the cake and smoothed out some rough spots.

I am finally finished!!!!!!

Time to get some new massive brakes and start setting the car up on the track for some time trial racing which is why I built it in the first place.

Check this thread for a dyno chart. As soon as I get one from Jeremy I will post it. Anybody interested can check my Cardomain in my sig for my setup.

So much stress has been lifted off my shoulders.

Larry,

I am so happy for you. You truly sounded like a kid on Christmas morning when I spoke with you earlier!

as far as the brakes, go with the Baer Racing Billet Monoblocks......and then sell me your brembos!

Congrats on the build and being done with it...Nice numbers BTW...Now you can concentrate on the brakes which hopefully will not give you trouble.

Congrats Larry. Its been a long time coming. I can only hope things work out for me as well as they did for you. Too many ups and downs in 2007.
2008 is looking up so far.

I'm sure you're very happy to have your car back. Between you, MaximumSportZ, Taurran, and Nitrouz, its good to see everyone has their cars back on the road representing the community. It must feel very nice to finally be getting reacquainted with your Z, especially when you consider all that new power.

The last time I drove this car it had a Turbonetics single with about 470whp @ 5300RPM on Sharif's Dyno Dynamics. 563whp @ 6800rpm is power on a whole other level.

I'll let you know how it feels in a few hours. Jeremy said it's insane.

...and you're promptly selling it?
I learned one thing.... all this power without all the issues and a factory warranty is where it's at. I would like to get the new Corvette ZR1 now and have a full warranty, carbon brakes and re-sale value. I will never modify a car to this extent again..... EVA! If I don't find a buyer I will keep it. If I do..... hello ZR1!
