Default MRC Motorsports Saves the day, AGAIN!

After a long road of reading things on the forum, mostly incorrect. And taking advice from his friends, mostly incorrect also...Eugene finally decided to listen to my advices and aquire a UTEC and a set of 550CC injuectors for his Vortech kit.
We made several attempts at tuning his car in the past few months, but usually the combination of engine management and fuel delivery he had selected were not working together properly. We finally narrowed it down to one thing, a faulty Split Second box.
After fixing the issue himself and installing a UTEC and injectors with a Wablro 255, he trailored the car down to us for a tune..
The results were amazing, even if I must pat myself on the back..

378 WHP DYNO DYNAMICS
330 TQ

427 Dyno Jet simulation
360TQ

Temp- 51 F
Humidity- 26%
Barometer- 30.09
Inlet temp- 51.5
No smoothing- as usual
Resulting in a temperature correction of 0.938
Which means the dyno actually pulls HP to compensate for the atmospheric conditions.

Just another satisfied customer of MRC...

wasnt his last issue running overly rich with the utec and injectors.......the split second box wasnt even a part of the equation.

What was the cause of the poor idle/stall? was it because of the utec not scaling the injectors correctly?

3.12 pulley?

nice numbers Eugene ( everybodywilldou)! I bet youre excited as hell to get her back running in top shape.

His problem was the wrong map loaded in there, as well as they forgot to plug in the MAP sensor to the utec, so when he took it for a drive and got into boost, it dumped fuel based of the 5v MAF voltage..

I'm definitely impressed with these numbers MRC (Julian) was able to produce because I honestly was crossing my fingers for 360rwhp on the DD or 400rwhp on the DJ.

While I was at work today, Julian called me in between the tuning session and told me some numbers that it was pulling. I believe it was like 363 DD or something. I was pretty damn happy about that and thought that should pretty much be the final number. I came home and checked my computer to see this thread and the final numbers and seriously was giggling like a damn school girl.

I can't wait to get this thing back tomorrow and get a feel for it! I'm glad that in the end everything worked out and would like to thank MRC for the very exceptional tune!

Im glad the numbers are what you expected!!! WE try and deliver each and every time..See, isnt it much easier when you do it right instead of listening to ill advices? FYI you do have a slight oil leak from the underside, you may want to check out, there was a few drops on my floor after we pulled her out.
