Jeremy built my car, and I would consider myself lucky compared to quite a few people now. My motor has 12k miles on it, 4 trackdays, and 2 tunes this year. The motor has performed flawless. I did have to spend about 5k getting a lot of the work cleaned up (fuel lines in very very bad spots), but all in all the car is pretty solid (knock on wood). I remember talking with some of the guys at the time (Craig and Chris) and they expressed concern with their cars and builds.
I was never really upset until things like my knock amp not being hooked to the fcon surfaced. I asked him about it and he said that's how they did them all. That's when I realized the safety of my investment was not being looked after and decided to have the entire car gone over by a reputable shop with some time with these cars.
If i ever did something like this again, I would make sure the company I worked with planned on being in this industry for a while and could back it up. I never thought about such things before as at the time they were "trusted by the community".

he is the ultimate class act.. he won't say anything about it.. he doesn't post here anymore.. he stop posting on other car forums.. he just avoids everything.. he is also the one who JT blew two of his built motors.. but if you put him in a room with a gun to his head he won't tell you anything bad about JT.. He had told me long before that Sharif was one of his options for his build also..

Doug I know the person who you are talking about. Location was part of his decision. He is a real class act. I remember sending him to Japtrix for his aps kit to be installed. Trust me I was never a fan of JT. But you may be surprised to know how many customers were sent there. In the beginning he didn't have a bad rep. Now all the skeletons are coming out of the closet along with the truth. You really have to know Roger to understand why and how he runs his business. Yes jt was and still is a sh*t bag, the crap he use to send me in pm's was a joke to get me off his a** from cheap to free installs and parts and when refused he tried to threaten me which just made me laugh harder. I also remember sharif and GTM trying to help JT in the beginning. He was trying to and did steal customers all the shops.

WERD \werd\ interj (ca.1960) {a slang term whose origin is based on the remembrance of WERD; the first black-owned radio station, based out of the Masonic building in Atlanta, Georgia, owned and operated between 1949-1968 by Jesse B. Blayton and a means of media exposure for Dr. Martin Luther King} 1: a statement within itself of agreement and power
"Remember this?" Jack said, pointing to a picture. Joe says, "werd." "That was a crazy time, huh? I'll bet we could do that again." Joe says, "werd."
right on / yes / true / exactly - often mispelled as word due to misunderstanding of origin
