Default Jtran Studios "maui mike" Rebuild!

Mike had came to us in hopes of just a few minor mods. Ac pipe, ac recharge, spl solid diff bushings, stage 5 axles etc. What ended up being simple in and out job came down to complete tear down and rebuild from ground up. He had sgp do the work originally and @ 10-11 psi car didnt feel right from the get go. What we ended up doing was pulling the motor out, replacing rings, bearings, and all new gaskets. his setup as follows.

haltech
cp pistons
carillo rods
darton sleeves
hks cams
hks head gasket
L19s head studs
arp mains
acl moly coated race bearings (crank and rods)
greddy tt kit (18g)
fp hta upgrades
aam fuel return stage 1
aam big race fuel pump
rc 750cc's
maradyne fans
big koyo
aps tall boy
greddy turbo ti c
stage 5 axles
spl sold diff bushings
defi setup
blitz bc
etc......

We got him his car and he broke it in and brought it back for a full tune. At 16.43 psi on our mustang dyno he ended up with 553whp and 500 wtq on our awd mustang dyno. wastegate springs are only the 5 psi springs. We will be upping the boost even more when time is available for him to come back down. dyno sheet below.

What was the car making before the rebuild? is there a dyno of how you received the car?
What did you find as problematic with the SGP build? Anything look 'off' in the teardown?

due to the overly rich tune, the cylinders were gas washed. no prelim. dyno sheets. car got beat by a stock g with the same turbo kit that was running 9 psi and his car was running 11 psi. def. something wrong from the get go. his clutch went toast this week. coming back hopefully this weekend for new clutch and retune for higher boost
