No rinse washed my pollen collector, then added some sweet wrap sticker to badge rice lives here. Then a bird came and dropped a gross watery one down my window and onto my door...

Not today but, this happened saturday
Was parked up town getting some meat for a fathers day bbq and someone wasn't paying attention to where they were backing up. Worst part of it is, I JUST had the front bumper resprayed about 2 months ago which I paid for out of pocket.
First insurance claim on this one.

Fixed my passenger rear shock. For some reason, the nut on the top has come loose twice now. It makes this god awful shuddering noise similar to that of a blown shock/strut. Tightening the nut back fixes it of course. Also drilled holes in the top of my strut tower for easier access to that nut, also to give me the ability to adjust/remove my dampening adjusters with ease.
So I finally threw the dampening adjusters in, and that's been something I've wanted to do for a long time, I was just dreading pulling the rear shock off. Now that I was able to do it from the top, I took advantage of that.

Its going to be a long 2 + weeks of waiting for them to come in.

I've been tracking down a bit of an oil leak for a while now, haven't exactly narrowed it down 100% for sure, but I think I MAY have fixed it last night.
It seemed like where I had to clip the end mounting points off of the oil cooler, there was a small enough gap between the endplates of the core where oil was leaking out. I managed to push those back flush to the core of the cooler, and then threw some HondaBond over the gaps to ensure it doesn't leak there anymore.
I also tightened up the rest of the fittings all over the oil cooler setup (so, the fittings on the sandwich plate, the fittings on the cooler itself, and then tightened up the oil feed line as well.)
After tightening that stuff up and crossing my fingers, my roommate and I worked on adjusting the sway bars on the car. I had been putting this off for so long because I for some reason had this idea in my head that it would take forever to do. But, it was far easier than I remember. Moved the front sway to hole 2 (the second loosest position), and then moved the rear sway to hole 2 (the middle position).
Car drives much better now, going to check under the car later to see if I'm still leaking oil, fingers crossed.

Fixed the rattle in my driver door. 4 our of the bolts holding the inner door plate had come loose. I might go in there again in a month or two after my trip to Cali to add some loctite, have a feeling they'll come loose again. Taking apart the door was MUCH easier than I thought.
Oh yeah not Z-related but, booked a 19 day road trip, San Fran -> Sacramento -> Hwy 101 down to LA -> San Diego -> Vegasbaby, hoping to see some Zs on the roads!
If you see a scrawny, beardless, pale viking in a rental 'stang vert or similar with a blonde in the passenger seat, driving granny style, flag me down and say hi!
Also just came home from a ~600mile roadtrip in the Z. 3 days of driving my baby and saw Iron Maiden perform in Gothemburg (Sweden)!
The Z drives so well I'm taking her out for another 4 day road trip as soon as I get off work (2 hours and counting)! I just don't get tired of driving it.
