Default What kind of air filter do i have?

New to me 90K mile '04 350z with an after market intake. The air filter is all cracked and looks old so I want to replace it. I can't figure out what brand it is. I've attached a few pics. Does anyone have any ideas? The diameter where the hose clamp secures it is 6". Does it matter what brand I get as long as it fits or is it tuned to this specific aftermarket intake? None of the piping has any markings that I can see

Ah yes thats it. Excellent thank you. Should I contact them about replacing the air filter or just buy one that has the same tube clamp dimension?

Just bought a 06 Z. The previous owner had installed an Injen cold air intake on the car along with the Borla exhaust system. My question/concern comes from a rough idle, bogging down unless you slam the gas pedal down. I've checked the connections for an air leak, haven't found anything. Also trowing a lot of O2 related codes. Just looking for a base line to start with. Looking into having the ECM flashed along with a dyno and tune. Hoping to not have to go that route. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried cleaning the throttle body? Maybe the butterfly valve is sticking due to buildup

You can buy a replacement filter for like $65 or just get a K&N with a 6 inch opening if available. I ended up replacing the whole thing with a different set-up that uses a 3 inch filter. Theirs more options on 3 inch filters... I would try to find a dry filter if you can because the air flow sensor is a bit sensitive to the oiled filters...

Which brings me to the other hijack question... Clean your mass air flow sensor and see if your problems go away...

It seems all K&N are pre-oiled, at least that I've come across online. Ill see if JWT will be able to ship me a spare.
