I dreamed about what parts to order and I played with compression ratios in my head

It's about 6 months later than when I really wanted one. I just did a full set of bushings and wish I had spares to pre-assemble. I still bought this one for the deal. I wanted a spare differential to build with a Nismo ring gear and an LSD.
Ill hold on to the subframe and incorporate into my next 240sx build if I am lucky enough to find one that the drifters haven't destroyed. My current 1990 S13 is getting a full cage, V8 FME mounted built for NASA time trials. Id like to build a full tube chassis (GT1 spec) and use the 350z rear subframe.

I don't count my time, the whole thing is just for something to do when im bored.
One dude is like relentlessly trying to get me to sell him the wheels and rear bumper for $170... It was fine untill he just kept asking and asking and asking questions so now I'm at the point where ill just throw the bumper in the trash and keep the wheels for lawn art
Another dude was going to come get the fenders 2 weeks ago for $150, then he was sick, then he disappeared... So that was cool
Then anothet dude was going to buy another set of wheels, so I loaded them into my honda and he couldn't make it, then rescheduled then never called or anything... So ive been driving around with an extra set of anniversary wheels in my Honda for like 2 weeks now.

Took some stuff apart... The wireing harness was not a lot of fun... Managed to get all but 2 things unclipped.. Laying in the snow trying to get the 2 on the transmission just got too frustrating and I cut them off... O well mostly happy with the progress, for some reason my timing chain cover wasnt coming off.. Still not off... And I broke one of the little fins on the alternator trying to pry it off... Fun fun fun

Sold the twins and went with a big single.
PT7675 Gen 2, SS .96 AR vband
Also bought a storage building for the wife (and for me) to clear the garage for some good wrenching space and for the build

I just finished all kinds of mods to mine - had been a bit of a long process so I will try to be quick -
I took a lot of the exterior off the car to prep for paint: pulled the doors, hood, trunk lid, bumpers to start sanding them down. I removed the antennae and welded in a plate and sanded it down, removed the rear wiper motor and wiper/arm, welded a plate in on that too and pulled out the water supply at the top of the rear glass. Prepped a J-Spec 2 kit that I ordered (front bumper had lots of imperfections from the mold that needed filled) and test fitted it on the car. Rolled the rear fenders a bit, pinching the lip solid inside the fender.
Got the car all ready for new paint and painted it a custom gray (took a gallon of the new Harley Davidson gray and added black - scanned it thereafter and it came back as a code for mid 2000s Hyundai though it isn't quite the same). Added in new headlights I pulled off eBay (they are actually pretty nice) and tail lights (kind of like my custom stock ones better so I may swap back). Threw in a short throw Fidanza shifter and did an oil change.
Then I ordered some orange vinyl and had it cut into 1/4 inch strips and pinstripped the body lines. Made it kinda reminiscent of Tron so I added a roll call to the hood but swapped out some of the lettering and replaced it with Tron font - did the front glass banner all in Tron font.
May not be for everyone. I can always pull the vinyl in general or change up the color later on - I thought the copper worked with it the best.
I don't really post on here, just am usually reading.... hopefully I can figure out how to attach some pictures.
I will do initial car from when I bought it in 2010, when I changed it up in 2013 and then what I just finished (2 months of weekend work).
Initial Z
Added a bumper lip, staggered Konig 20s, a wing, painted the headlights, debadged the bumpers and filled them, painted the hood, roof, trunk, part of the front and rear bumper and at the top of the fenders and doors to keep the line.
Prepping for paint
With the gray paint on
With the vinyl on
