With ART pipes and the XYZw/HFC you are going from two regular restrictive cats to one highflow cat on a y-pipe with a superior merge point. You tend to lose some low-RPM tq with regular straights, but the ARTs mostly negate that. Altogether you should be looking at sizable, useable gain and negligible loss.
